i want to reiterate that im not making a post about this just to like. i dunno complain about something. disney is the largest media corporation on the planet, and they have been for a long time. they have infinite resources at their disposal. they have entire teams of animators and character designers and insanely talented people working for them. stuff like this gets vetted by dozens of people, people had to individually look at this dipshit design and be like yep. thats what we want. that’s our new marketable character. he looks like fucking gumby im done

Animal Crossing New Horizons Tips!
• Save up for Nook Miles Tickets!! You definitely want to visit the islands it will send you to, collecting materials or new fruits/bugs/fish. You can also meet a new animal to invite to your island!
• Make sure you always have a surplus of extra miles! It can come in handy if you ever need to use the Rescue Service or ask for a new tool after breaking one on the islands you can visit.
• Build the stone ax (and build an extra!) The stone ax, I think, is way easier to get - since it doesn’t need the iron that can be difficult to find at times. It lasts for a long time too! Having a second one on hand, especially when you travel to the island mentioned above, will be very handy. 🪓
• Try making fish bait! Dig on the beach at the little places in the sand that seem to spit water - these will give you Manila clams. Fish bait can bring on new fish you’ve never caught! 🐠 🐟 🎣
• Have your net handy when shaking trees! With practice, it can be very easy to turn and catch those wasps, avoiding the stings. And if you grab the nest, you’ll get a good amount of bells for it!
• Tarantulas sell for 8,000 bells if you’re brave enough to catch some! 🕷
• You can only carry 30 of the building materials in one slot - so remember to keep that in mind when filling up your inventory.
• If you can easily make the hot item of the day, make a lot of it! This can be an easy cash grab 💰
• Take your time!!! I know seeing all these people who’ve had the game for weeks from early review send out (or have time traveled...) can make you wish you had that much progress. But I say enjoy the slow pace this game was made for! It’s meant to be relaxing to play - not a rush to have the best town.
